i recently found a baby black rat snake and was told it was okay to put with my ball pythons (that they wouldnt eat it) and now the rat snakes gone missing
would a ball python eat a small rat snake?

Hello,

It is not very likely they would. How much smaller was the rat snake than the ball pythons?

I would almost bet that it got out and is now slithering around you house...

Ball pythons are more interested in prey items that are above 90 degrees. But I guess it is always possible. Hope you find it..
