I need a little information about breeding

I tried breeding my ball python, and since we separated them both she has been rubbing her head off of her belly and her head off her tank and her log, but she has never done this before.She has also been lying in an oval shape in the same corner with her head on her belly. She has been acting a little strange aswell. Could you tell me if it is possible that she is pregnant? Question

Hi neicie,

I believe I had answered this question in ask an expert.

I have not observed my snakes rubbing their head on things and puting it near their belly. It is hard to know when your snakes are pregnant. The only time you can tell is when they are around five months along. At this time you can palpate her and you should feel some lumps around the size of a pea.

Good luck in your breeding and make sure that if she is pregnant that you are prepared for the eggs with an incubator and it set to the correct temp and humidity level.
