PostSubject: Hey question about food size   Sun Aug 30, 2009 1:07 am

Hey everyone i have had a beautiful ball python for almost 9 months now.. he is about a year old I think. I feed him 1 adult frozen mouse once a week.. about 25 grams each.. Stryker(my snake) weighs 230 grams..hes also about 30 inches long. he takes them down no problem. Just wondering if i should be feeding him 2 of these at this weight or upgrade him to rat pups or when is a good time to switch him to rats and what size. Only bc i read rats are more nutritious and will make him get bigger faster. Id rather be feeding 1 rat than 4 mice when hes older. Thanks for listening and comments appreciated.
